Professional Experience

Madeline Jenkins is an Associate Attorney with the firm, handling general liability disputes including contract claims, construction defect matters, and bodily injury defense.

Ms. Jenkins earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law while simultaneously completing a Master of Business Administration at Stetson University. She also dedicated time as a Law Student Volunteer at the Children's Network of Hillsborough County, where she assisted attorneys in court and virtual child custody hearings.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Jenkins gained significant experience as a law clerk at a general litigation firm in St. Petersburg, working on cases involving contract, real estate, business litigation, and commercial torts. She participated in each step of the legal process from intake to trial and was responsible for research on a variety of substantive and procedural matters as well as drafting discovery requests and answers, answers to complaints, and motions.
