Professional Experience
Joseph Vogel serves as an Associate Attorney within the firm's general liability practice area. In this capacity, he manages various general liability disputes, including contract claims, construction defect matters, and bodily injury claims. Mr. Vogel routinely performs legal research, negotiates settlements, and handles court appearances, mediations, and site inspections.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Vogel served as a Legal Writing Consultant at a start-up legal AI company, collaborating with the development team to test and refine AI-driven legal writing software. Vogel also gained direct experience representing clients as a Certified Legal Intern at the Hillsborough County Public Defender's Office, where he assisted in the preparation of defense strategies and represented clients under supervision in misdemeanor and felony cases. He also dedicated time as a Law Student Volunteer with the Community Law Program (CLP), assisting pro se family law litigants and low-income litigants in housing and bankruptcy clinics.
