Professional Experience

Ari J. Pistner serves as an Associate Attorney within the firm's general liability practice area. In this capacity, she manages various general liability disputes, including contract claims, construction defect matters, and bodily injury claims. Ms. Pistner earned her law degree in May 2024 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of the same year. She began her legal career as a prosecutor, gaining valuable, first-hand courtroom experience and honing critical advocacy skills.

Ms. Pistner has successfully leveraged the advocacy and trial preparation techniques she learned in the criminal field to become a zealous advocate for her clients in civil matters, both inside and outside the courtroom. Notably, she gained significant practical legal knowledge while working full-time as a legal assistant throughout law school, demonstrating a strong commitment to the legal profession and an early grasp of legal processes and support functions.
