Professional Experience

Mark (Marcus) Atherholt is an associate attorney at The Law Office of Thamir A.R. Kaddouri, Jr. Marcus joined the firm in February 2023 with experience in first person property insurance defense as well as insurance defense for construction defects and personal injury claims.

Marcus earned his Bachelor of Science degree as a double major in Entrepreneurship and Management from Florida State University. While at Florida State he served as president of his fraternity and was a member of the Garnet and Gold Key Leadership Honorary. After graduating from Florida State he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school he served as vice-president of the Estates & Trusts Law Society.
